These terms are an agreement between you and Studious Gigi LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of Studious Gigi and The Studious Squad. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

The service

Studious Gigi is a nursing study tool. The Studious Squad membership costs $9.99/month and includes 300 Ask Studious Gigi questions per calendar month (refilled on the 1st), plus Gigi TV, polls, Squad Chat, and member discounts. Non-members may try 3 free questions.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Stripe's terms. Memberships renew monthly until canceled; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, harassment, or hate speech.
• No infringing others' intellectual property.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing usage limits.
• No reselling or sharing accounts. Keep your login private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• No attempts to jailbreak the AI or generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.

AI answers are not medical advice

Gigi's answers are generated by AI for study purposes and may be inaccurate. Verify important information with your course materials and instructors. Never use Gigi for real patient care decisions — follow your instructor, facility policy, and provider orders. You're responsible for what you ask and how you use the answers. We may filter, refuse, or remove content.

Ownership

We own the service, its software, content, and branding, including the Studious Gigi character. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it while your account is in good standing.

No guarantee

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law doesn't allow these limits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Studious Gigi LLC is registered.
